About me
Jean Arnaud is a serial entrepreneur and visionary leader at the forefront of the digital renaissance.
He currently serves as Director of AI Programs at ESMT Berlin Executive Education, where he designs and leads high-impact programs at the intersection of artificial intelligence, strategy, and organizational transformation, supporting executives and institutions in navigating AI-driven change.
He co-founded several pioneering initiatives, including NOVA, a Boston-based startup developing an AI Scientist Agent to accelerate academic and corporate research; Æthos, one of the largest hubs for AI innovators in Cambridge (USA); and OMIA / Next Mind Future Academy, a modular online school shaping the next generation of leaders through multidisciplinary, project-based tracks led by top university experts and industry pioneers.
Through Digital Nexus Consultancy, he advised organizations on innovation strategy and supported them through execution, with a focus on AI implementation, strategic and responsible adoption, and ecosystem development. He also served as Director of Innovation at the Cambridge Innovation Center, a global platform spanning 10 campuses, over 10,000 innovators, and more than $7B raised. In parallel, he held roles as Board Member and advisor within organizations such as French Tech, Rotary Club, EU AI Hub, and Humanitas Nova.
His work includes organizing curated events such as summits, keynote series, panel discussions, art-tech exhibitions, networking forums, think tanks, consortia, roundtables, and specialized workshops, alongside the design of high-impact innovation and AI programs for executives.
Recognized internationally as an AI thought leader and tech philosopher, Jean Arnaud has been featured in publications such as Daily Philosophy, as well as in interviews and podcasts. He has spoken on global stages including the AI World Summit in Amsterdam, alongside experts from Fraunhofer, MIT, Bitkom, Google, SAP, and Meta, and serves as an editor for AI Mag.
As a cyber poet and digital artist, he shapes a contemporary digital renaissance where art is conceived to be lived and experienced rather than merely observed. Through his theory of Symphonism, he traces new routes between computation, aesthetics, and critical art theory. His exhibitions and performances at Gitex, IFA, the Cambridge Innovation Center, and the NFT Factory in Paris, along with his philosophical talks at the French American Library in Boston, French Tech Berlin, and NFT NYC, explore how technology transforms artistic paradigms into multisensorial and immersive experiences. These new modes of creation are deeper, more interactive, and more collaborative, allowing the multiplicity of being to unfold within dynamic, evolving works that blend artistic disciplines and carry expanded meaning.
He creates artistic and philosophical experiments that interrogate the boundaries of authorship, creativity, and augmented cognition in interdisciplinary environments such as the X-Lab.
Rewarded for his educational contributions in France, the United Kingdom, and the United States, Jean has published thought-provoking articles on leading international platforms such as TeachThought and has spoken at major institutions including Harvard, MIT, and the Mission Laïque Française, as well as at global technology festivals such as SXSW.
Driven by a profound belief that the future must be shaped with imagination, ethics, and courage, Jean Arnaud builds bridges across disciplines, inspiring a new generation to think beyond boundaries and to create with purpose.
"Innovation without mind and consciousness is nothing but an illusion of progress."
— Jean Arnaud
